These terms explain how Vaydo works and the rules for using it.

You need to be at least the minimum age we set and able to enter into an agreement.

Vaydo connects customers with independent providers and businesses. Vaydo does not itself perform the services that are booked through it.

This section covers how accounts are created, kept accurate, and kept secure.

This section covers what happens when you request or confirm a booking and what each side agrees to.

Payment is authorized before the service and charged after completion is confirmed. If something isn't right, report it and we'll help resolve it.

Cancellation terms are shown before you confirm a booking and again in your booking details. They vary by service.

This section covers how a job is marked complete, how you confirm it, and how a problem is reported and reviewed.

Only customers who completed and paid for a booking can leave a review.

This section covers the standards, documentation and conduct expected of providers and businesses on Vaydo.

This section covers accurate booking details, safe access to the service address, and respectful conduct.

This section covers what you may not do on Vaydo or with the Vaydo platform.

This section covers when an account may be suspended or closed, and by whom.

The Vaydo name, wordmark, site, and software are owned by Vaydo. Content you provide stays yours, with the permissions needed to operate the platform.

This section will set out the disclaimers and limits that apply. The wording is being prepared with counsel.
